Functional Fitness - Battle Ropes Style: This class is a sure fire way to shed pounds by increasing aerobic capacity while also increasing muscle endurance in the upper and lower body. Expect to use Battle Ropes, Kettlebells, Rowers, and run obstacle courses. It hurts but you’ll be back! 45 Minutes.
Functional Fitness - Strength Building: Using various muscles in both the upper and lower body at the same time build strength holistically, forcing the body to function as a single unit. Functional Training trains movements. It helps balance, posture, and muscular endurance. As the brain becomes more fluent in talking to your muscles you are able to increase the amount of resistance in each exercises so you build properly trained muscle to move your body the way we were designed to. For example: Deadlift: Purpose = will help strengthen all pulling muscles. Power Clean: Purpose = total body explosivness. Overhead Press: Purpose = build upper body and core strength. Front Squat: Purpose = strengthen lower body and improve posture. What to expect? Functional Mobility: This class will help get you moving your best with the use of foam rollers, lacrosse balls, stretching techniques and functional movement. Foam rollers and lacrosse balls are tools we will use to improve the overall health of our fascia, the outer layer of our muscles. Functional movement will strengthen as well as increase range of motion for joint stability and longevity. We all know that working out hard and getting a good sweat is beneficial for our health (and sanity), but we also need to take care of our joints and muscles to sustain our active lifestyles. Kickboxing: Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Pilates Equipment Blend: Pilates is known for its ability to strengthen the core, improve back stability and build long lean muscles. This class is done on the Reformer as well includes Matt Pilates. Reformer Pilates: This class is done strictly on the most renowned of all Pilates equipment, the Reformer. This class will provide the same total body workout as Pilates Equipment Blend but will include blocks and jump board. 45 Minutes.

First Class: Please arrive 15 minutes before class time to ensure adequate time to fill out a waiver and get you set up for class.
Participants must be checked in at the front desk at least 5 minutes prior to class start times. If a participant has not checked in, their spot in the class will be given away to the next member on the wait list and you will be charged Late Cancellation Fee.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel reservations up to 8 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your enrolled class. Member reservations cancelled after this time will be charged a $5.00 late cancellation fee. For those with a punch pass, you will forgo this visit and no refunds will be given.
MEMBER SIGN UP POLICY:
Daytime Classes( 8:00 am - 7 pm ) If no one is signed up 4 hours before class time, class will be cancelled.
Morning Classes (5:30 am and 5:45 am) If no one is signed up by 10 pm the night before, class will be cancelled.
